At Wessex Tubas, we are committed to providing musicians with high-quality instruments and offer a 14-day trial period to ensure your new brass instrument meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a refund or exchange, provided the instrument is returned in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your instrument to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the instrument in its original hard case and shipping carton, ensuring all accessories such as mouthpieces, valve oil, and cloths are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a tracked and insured carrier to our designated regional distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the instrument for damage or wear, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping or restocking costs.
